Irish Architectecture Foundation Book Launch - 'Notations'

One of our Directors, Michael Doherty, is a part of this publication by Paul Clarke with book design by Peter Maybury. The launch of 'Notations' was at the Irish Architecture Foundation in Dublin last Thursday night.  The full house saw Paul give an inspiring talk about what drove him to engage in this series on architects notebooks which has already included the exhibition 'Notebooks and Narratives' and the film 'The Secret Laboratory'. These are some images of the bookset and some pages from Michael Dohertys book in the 'Notations' set. Available from  the  Irish Architecture  Foundation which will also have daily screenings of the film 'The Secret Laboratory'.

Site Update - Antrim

Building work on our project in Antrim is progressing well with the timber cladding almost complete within the walkway and on our external canopies, more images to follow in the next few weeks!

Its the 1st of July!..where did that come from? We're still hoping for some summer weather here in the office but in the mean time take a look at this weeks interesting links we've came across!

• Last weeks shock Brexit vote has a lot of people reeling, the latest news concerning the creative industry can be found here
• A tragic accident involving Tesla's Autopilot function occurred this week, read here for more info.
• Bjork is back in design news and is still as eccentric as ever with a 3D printed mask seen here

School Project Update

Our school project is progressing rapidly now that the school summer holidays have commenced. As you can see our foundations are nearing completion to our new extension block. The lower site works are also looking good as they progress to complete the major concrete retaining walls.
