Laser 02 Building, Weavers CourtThe latest edition to Weavers Court campus style business park, this project offers in excess of 40, 000Sqft of Grade A office space in Belfast City Center. At four storeys tall this building will offer fantastic views over the city and beyond.The material palette for this project, anthra-zinc and red brick will reflect the industrial heritage of the site while introducing a new modern design language. The building makes a strong contribution to the public realm with extensive hard and soft landscaping providing more green space for tenants.One of the main features of the Laser 02 building is a triple height space in the entrance foyer, which display two original weaving looms that were used on the site.All the design documents and drawings were created using BIM software by each design consultant which was then then brought together in a consolidated model. This method of working proved highly efficient and allowed maximum time to place emphasis on design quality.
